i want to do a lecture series entitled finding your best self. this has been over a year long revelation for me. i want to help educate people on attaining something greater than they have now. it all stems from my current models of food and behavior. influences are robb wolf, mark sisson, john welbourne, not necessarily crossfit, but the idea of mixing things up and trying them for yourself. i want to help awaken people to find their best self, be it eating better (real food) exercising (not too many met-cons) playing (man this really resonates with me now) loving more, doing what you want to do in life, and being completely healthy, not just well, but healthy fit. i really hope to start tackling this soon. i want to see how many lives i can affect in 2012, but hell let's start now!
